# Runtime Check Connector

> Check that a call can reach the server. A call reaches it differently from [Preview Connector Tools](/api-reference/connectors/preview-connector-tools), so a server can pass preview and still fail in a call. This lists the server's tools the way a call does. It never calls a tool.

A failure on the server's side is still a `200`, with `ok: false` and the error. Limited to 10 checks per minute per account.
